Mom's Pudding Cake

2 -1 oz. pkg sugar free lemon pudding
2 cans of pears (pureed)
2 cup wheat flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup butter

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
