Yummy grape salad

1 package cream cheese (I use low fat & it's still yummy) 8 oz softened
4 Tb brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Mix all ingredients
2 lbs red seedless grapes


ANGIE, PLEASE DO NOT SERVE THIS DESSERT ON CROISSANTS!!!!  DESSERT IS REALLY NOT SO GOOD AS A SANDWICH.  NOT SO D-E-L-C-I-O-U-S! (OOPS, THERE SHOULD BE AN I)


Pineapple fajitas

2 lbs chicken cut in strips
1 Tb olive oil
1 each medium red, green and yellow peppers cut in strips
1 med onion cut in wedges
2 Tb fajita seasoning mix
1/4 c. water
2 Tb honey
1 Tb parsley flakes dried
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pineapple chunks drained

Cook chicken in oil 4-5 min., add peppers and onion and cook 4-5 min. more. Combine seasoning mix and water in a bowl. Stir in honey, garlic, parsley, and salt and stir into skillet with chicken. Add pineapple and stir for 1-2 min. or until chicken is done.


Sugar Cookies

1 1/2 c. soft butter
7 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, eggs and sugar. Add vanilla, baking soda, baking powder adn salt. Mix in sour cream. Add 1 c. flour at a time. May need more flour when rolling dough. Keep dough thick when cutting cookies out. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.

Hey, I didn't know it was a dessert!
