1 can mashed black beans
1/4 c chopped onions
1/3 c corn
1/4 c salsa
1 garlic clove pressed
2 T Parsley or cilantro
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
4 whole wheat buns
Mix all together and fry in frying pan. Makes about 4-5
Soccer time!
