Pumpkin Chocolate chip protein cookies
1 c. pumpkin
2. tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. coconut oil
1/2 c. honey (or 1 c. sugar)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 egg
bake 350 degrees for about 11-13 minutes
