Gluten Free rolls/popovers

4 T. shortening
3 T. Honey
2 eggs
1 T. yeast
1 C sour cream
1/2 C potato starch or flour
1 C cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 T baking powder
2 tsp. xantham gum
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vinegar

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients.
Mix well to remove all lumps. The dough will be quite wet. Scoop into greased muffin tin. Bake 18-20 mins. or until golden on top and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
