Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

2 cup cooked chicken
2 cup ham, chopped
2 cup instant rice
2 cup sour cream
2 cup grated cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Crushed croutons on top
Stir all together
Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.
